What is a Sound Bath?

Just as it sounds, a sound bath involves an intentional immersion in sounds and vibrations. Expect to lay down and get comfortable as you experience the sound waves produced by an instruments’ vibrations and frequencies. The harmonious sounds will stimulate alpha and theta brainwaves, which promote a state of deep meditation and relaxed consciousness.
